  • review and/or elect the officers of the society (President, Secretary, Treasurer or Secretary-Treasurer and other officers required by the Society's By-Laws) annually at the Society's spring meeting and submit the names of the officers, in writing, to the CEO within 30 days of the review/election process;

  • If a Society officer is replaced prior to the annual review/election process, the CEO must be informed in writing within 30 days of this replacement;

  • hold at least one business meeting in each calendar year, including a mandatory annual business meeting;

  • within 30 days of the annual business meeting, forward...
